Literary Chair Yoga – Through Zoom

Work out your body and your mind! We’ll begin with an opening relaxation exercise followed by supported chair based yoga practice. Each class will be centered on a meaningful literary quote. Time will be allotted at the end of the class for friendly, informal discussion and the opportunity to journal the quote as well as record any thoughts connecting to your experience. Items to have handy: chair, water, yoga mat, journal, and pen.
