Writing Workshop with Ruth Walker

Ruth is an editor, author and writing coach. She will facilitate a beginner’s writing workshop at BTPL.
Ruth describes the events of the evening as follows:
My talk would be a bit about how I got started & published — and a general discussion/Q&A on inspiration, markets & publishing today. There would be at least one handout — likely on self-editing. I would end the session with a freefall writing exercise. I’ll bring copies of my novel, details on upcoming workshops & next year’s Spring Thaw retreat.
