Aging Well Exploration Discussion: Life and Death Cafe Drop-in Beaverton Branch

Delve into the profound experiences of death and dying. Learn about the invaluable role of a doula in providing compassionate support throughout the end-of-life journey. We’ll have some meaningful conversations about death and offer some practical guidance on navigating the emotional complexities of loss.

Our Aging Well Facilitator : Cynthia Breadner is a local spiritual care provider for long-term care and retirement and has worked with the aging population caring for their spiritual wellness since 2004. She is a mother, grandmother, athlete, triathlete, hiker and cyclist. She has authored a book “In Stillness” and has witnessed how change can improve aging and wellness.
