For more advanced technology and library services queries, a half hour one-on-one meeting can be booked at any branch.
The Library offers one-on-one coaching sessions covering basic digital literacy skills including:
- using the Library catalog and online resources
- downloading or streaming the library’s eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines(Libby) and movies(Kanopy) with your library card
- use of computers, chromebooks, tablets, e-readers, and smartphones
- setting up and navigating email programs
- internet searching
- Facebook, Instagram and other social media.
Bookings will be accommodated based on staff and location availability.
