About TD Summer Reading Club
Join the club and help us celebrate Canada’s biggest reading program for kids of all ages, all interests and all abilities. TD Summer Reading Club is designed to inspire kids from 0-13 yrs old to discover the fun of reading wherever their summer may take them. Participants explore recommended reads, join in activities, collect reading incentives, and build a lifelong love of reading.


We have an extensive lineup of programs and activities designed to excite and engage our young readers and participants. Read on for full details on all we have to offer and get your summer read on at BTPL!
Avoid disappointment and register early for those programs that require it. Please register in-person or by telephone.

How Do I Sign Up for TD Summer Reading Club?
Summer Reading Club program information coming soon!

Simply track your reading in the Summer Reading Booklet you receive when you sign up. The booklet is full of fun activities, games and puzzles as well as space to track your reading by recording book titles and fun facts, drawings, notes etc.
Reading Club prizes are based on levels achieved so read on to learn how to earn cool prizes!
How to Level Up:
Prereaders - Read or listen to7 picture books
Readers: - Read (or listen) for 3 hrs

- Toronto Zoo passes
- Ride in a firetruck!
- Amusement park passes
- and more!

We are offering a variety of special programs designed to excite and inspire kids of all ages! From themed mythical story times and legendary program activity days to a firetruck visit, an outdoor campfire and a meet an astronaut party!
The Summer Reading Club will culminate in a Reading Celebration Extravaganza on August 13, 2022.
Please note that all Summer Reading Club programs require pre-registration.
